Can anyone advise about the multi family B&H market in Westchester County/lower Hudson Valley?
What are people's thoughts on places like Port Chester and Ossining or Dobbs Ferry?
I'm looking seriously into Port Chester right now, but I'd like to know what you think about where the place is going. Going anywhere? Stagnant?
