Welcome to BP Account Closed - As others have said a great resource is SJREIA. They have sub groups for whatever investing strategy you'd like to tackle, or just learn more about. Membership is very reasonably prices, and allows you free admission into any of their events. A lot of newbie's there but if you pay attention long enough you'll find the experienced investors and be able to start building a relationship with them.

Hey David Carr  Welcome!!the SJREIA is  awesome youll pick up  alot of  knowledge  while  picking the brains  of  seasoned  investors. Much like James Masotti mentioned  they're on going meeting   such as  landlord, flippings, wholesaling and the  Main Meeting the  membership fee is  $150  yearly.
