Hello,

I have traditionally done deals that I have found on the MLS or that have been brought to me. I would like to branch out into direct marketing to find flips.

I have two questions. First, what is the best website to create custom mailers? I am using a list from ListSource. I would like to upload my list of addresses and have the mailers be sent direct. Secondly, is there a website like ListSource where I can create a list and mail from the same company?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
