Have any of you invested on the East Side? Or Clark-Fulton/ Puritas-Longmead?
This is where the deals are! Recommendations? I am not looking to buy here. But In the future I may. Any feedback/horror stories would be appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

Rentals are performing very well in Puritas-Longmead on the west side, and we're finding great deals for our clients. I wouldn't touch Clark-Fulton just yet, maybe in a few years if I see some improvement.
On the other hand, East Cleveland, stay out.
