Hey Michael. There are great local meetups. TBREIA has a lot of meetings, same with Tampa REIA. Every Monday night at 7pm, Larry Harbolt has a meeting at a hibachi buffet in Pinellas Park. He is incredibly well known in Investment Real Estate. Those are alway great meetings. I tend to go to that one quite a bit. Always learn new things.
