Vermiculite Asbestos: Experience or Recommendations?
We are purchasing a house for ourselves and just had the inspection. The inspector found vermiculite asbestos in the insulation in attic. It needs new insulation, ventilation (baffling) and we will also be renovating a bathroom right below the attic with new fan, light fixtures, etc so would disturb the asbestos and need to have it removed. Does anyone have experience with this? Any remediation companies you would recommend out of Rochester, NY?
