real estate lawyer in Toledo, Oh

Hi, I purchased a tax foreclosure in Lucas county back in May. I have the deed and a writ of possession was awarded but before the Sheriff could execute it, the previous owner filed an appeal of the foreclosure.  The Sheriff then decided that it couldn't execute the writ of possession because it was in the court system. I hired an attorney but he hasn't been able to get possession of the house but, I've been awarded an intervention into the case.  It sits there empty but the previous owner claims that he is still living there. I would love some advice or referrals for a bulldog lawyer who knows the appeals court process in Toledo, Oh.

Jeff
