Handyman Services in Northern Virginia
Does anyone have a recommendation for handyman services for apartments in Northern VA (Alexandria and Tyson's Corner)? I recently bought two properties in high rises and much to my dismay, neither will allow for requesting that maintenance staff take small repair jobs (changing air filters, toilet running all the time etc) for extra money. The other apartments I have owned allowed this but now I need some type of service contract that will deal with these smaller issues. I am self managing two 2BR/2BA so there is usually something minor that will need attention. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks in advance!
