New Construction Site Improvement Costs in South Carolina

I have some multi-family property in SC and looking to do some new construction with a construction partner experienced in that space. He's the hands-on type, and I'm trying to get a better feel for new construction numbers.

Is there anyone in South Carolina, preferably Florence, that has a sample budget of new construction costs? I'm specifically interested in site development costs but will take other expected costs if available.

Thanks!

Jamie

@Chris Martin  what I always do when I want this question answered and I suspect the question is horizontal development costs.. which vary widely around the country.. I just call a good civil engineer in the area.. they usually have a ball park number off the top of their head.. but before I go further .. I will hire them to do my due diligence for me..

usually 2500 to 5k.. gives me a good idea if I want to go forward.. finding this info on a site like this is pretty useless really .. since each site is unique..   and it could be an existing lot and he is just talking about laterals and clearing or it could be he wants to develop lots .. who know the post was not very specific..

I find SC though at least were I am working to be on the cheap side.. its all sand.. saves you a ton in rock..
