LLC for Your Rental Property Question

I wonder if it's worth it to create an LLC when you have only one rental property. Also how much does it cost to have one created and maintained? All inputs are appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think it is, personally. Here's reasons why-

In short though, I don't see a benefit to an LLC for one property that would cover anything more than an umbrella insurance policy would, and umbrellas don't bring all the drama that LLCs do.
