Hi there. I just relocated from Southern California to Memphis for work and I'm looking to invest locally. As a newcomer to the area AND the field, I'm hoping to meet a few investors and professionals in the area to gain some familiarity with the territory.

@Sam Lively I worked with @dan butler of Crestcore property management on a property I had under contract and enjoyed my experience with him even though I terminated the contract. He is very knowledgeable of the market and is a long tIme Investor in the area too!
