I am closing in on my first rental property and wanted to put the feelers out for a reputable contractor and home inspector in Baltimore from the BP community. The property is in the Morgan State area.

@Justin Park finding good contractors is one of the hardest parts of this business.  We are not very good at rehabbing and we are constantly changing the people we use. Sorry no one to recommend at the moment
