Moving to Nashville area
Me and my wife are moving to the Nashville area and would like to be able to invest in a duplex or a quadplex.
If anyone has some good insight into pontential deals or investment opportunities that would be super helpful!

@Alec Sole You aren’t likely to find anything in the Nashville area that will make money. That flew the coop about 6-7 years ago. Most of us residents have gone elsewhere to look for cash flow. @Luka Milicevic correct me if I’m wrong.
