Has anyone worked with Sandstone Realty in Cleveland?

Hi BP!

I was curious if anyone on here has worked with Sandstone Realty for managing properties in the northeast Ohio area? I am thinking of changing my current PM company and I'd like some feedback. I haven't seen any posts about the company and not a whole lot of info on google. Their rates seem good, so I am definitely interested in learning more from other folks on BP.

@Brian S.   PM me and I can give you my insite on them.  I flew out to Ohio a couple of times last year. I was able to meet with Sandstone while I was there.

Good guys. I do not have anything with them, but they are good for certain areas.

@Stacy Howdeshell  You got burned by a PM company in Cleveland? I'll bet I know who it is.....I got burned by a couple of them as well. I now use AllStar for most of my units in Cleveland. I had to fore the other two companies.

Hey Ryan,

I need to change PM companies for a duplex I own in Cleveland, Ohio.  I was looking at Sandstone Realty and considering using them going forward.  I would appreciate any insight you are willing to share.  I have been burned before and would like to avoid that!  Thanks.
