Hi BP Community! I am closing in on my first rental property in Montgomery AL. I am looking to perform some due diligence in property management research and looking for recommendations of managers in that area. I want to find a great person or team to start to build up my portfolio in said area. Also looking for a savvy manager great at providing monthly reports as I am a long distance investor.
