Financing my first investment property
Hi everyone ,
My name is Devan Bermejo. Im a newbie from northwest Ohio. I'm looking to try to get my first rental property within the next year after I get my consumer debt gone. I was just wondering what steps i need to be taking to finance my first property. I'm trying to do my due diligence for my first property now so I'm looking for recommendations on where i should be looking in northwest ohio or even Fort Wayne, Indiana. Any feed back helps!
