Hi all, I work for a custom home builder in Park City Utah. Majority of our business has been custom homes for a number of years. However our background is in spec building in Tahoe area. We are looking to get back into specs / flips to cut out the client aspect. Here is our issue, we do not have the network here to do this efficiently. We are seeking out recommendation's for finding deals and alternative financing. Looking to build long term relationships and not just make a quick buck. Looking forward to hearing any feedback. Thank you!

The Salt Lake City REIA should be a huge asset. I'm going to start attending myself.
