Can anyone help connect me with some serious agents in the Northern Virginia area. I am having a hard time finding one that can work with me. I have talked to many but they are not just serious about helping me at all.

Here are two questions I will ask any investor immediately before I start working with them:
1) Have you closed a real estate transaction where you utilized your own funds (i.e. not hard money, not wholesaling, but your own cold hard cash in a bank account with YOUR name on it)?
2) Will you be doing so in the transactions you would like me to help you with?
If the answer to both of those questions is yes, I will likely work with you. If it's not, I will be likely to work with you when the answer to both of those questions IS yes.
