V.a. loans and teaming up with other investors
I'm a new investor from East Hartford CT and also a veteran with a certificate of eligibility for a V.A. loan. I will be getting a new job so I won't have a good job history. My question is can I team up with someone else with a good job history and be able to use a V.A. loan? This would be for a 2-4 family apt. building With me as owner occ.
