Need Architect/Expediter recommendations for Queens, NY

Our property applied for and was approved for 2 family dwelling back in the 80s but Certificate of Occupancy was never issued. I need an architect and an expediter to help us finally re-apply and get the CO re-issued. Need of recommendations! Thank you.
