Hey BP community!

I have a client who is going to engage on their first Flip! I would love to work with Investor-friendly realtor around the Bergen County area to help my clients. I am a Commercial Loan broker and have all the documents to broker the Hard Money financing for them. We just need to get the right property under contract, anyone that could help me out?
