Vacation Home Rental
Hello, Is there anyone or any feeds on advise of Vacation Home Rentals? My house used to be a vacation home, we bought it in 2010 and now we want it for income. We are 12 minutes from all Disney attractions and the home sits between two Vacation home right now. The house is worth a lot more than what we bought it for. My neighbor has it rented about 90% of the year. My question. Is it worth for me doing it or paying a property manager to take care of it.? What is the average fee property management charges for that? We want to at least purchase one more property for the same. But houses are twice as much now around my area. Thank you in advance.
