General Contractor Recommendations in Southern California

Hello All,

My father and I have decided to go all in on a flipping business here in Southern California. We mostly focus on the Orange County, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. We were hoping to connect with some local investor that might be generous and have some recommendation for some General Contractors that they have used previously that have done good work and are reliable.

We have flipped one house already but did the majority of the work ourselves. We have found it difficult to find GC's that understand the the concept of working with investors and understanding that we are looking for better pricing in return for repeat business.

Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone!

They are having trouble understanding because you have yet to prove that you are a repeat customer.  Don't expect volume pricing out of the gate.
