Hello BP fam. I’m John Golden I am I recent graduate of Tuskegee University, I’m am currently in the army national guard. I bought my first home after I graduated and I am living in it as well having tenants to pay the mortgage. So I have some landlord experience. I am a licensed notary as well. I’m currently taking courses through real estate express to get my license and I’m interested in wholesaling and buy and hold. I’m hoping to connect with some pros and rookies like myself to get some knowledge and direction and possibly deals as well.
