Where do you begin in developing a lot of land?
I'm new to the site, and new to the real estate investing game. Currently am a landlord of my 2 family that I live in with my girlfriend. I want to learn more about developing a a development in a town nearby. I just don't know where to start or find information I would need to even see if this is practical. Any knowledge and wisdom will help.
