sub30k market in North Eastern PA

Hello,

I'm interested in investing in sub30 k homes, does anyone know if there is a market for this in NEPA specifically in Wilkes-Barre or Scranton? I'm originally from WB so I know the area but not from an investor stand point.  Thanks for the help!
