Indianapolis Carpenter Recommendation

I'm looking for a carpenter in the Indianapolis area to make finish up a botched flip by a previous contractor. There is a tapering gap between the top of the kitchen cabinets and the soffit above them. 

The house is far from square in many ways and the cabinets are level so either the soffit gets extended down or I get some sort of insert made up to fill the gap. Yes the cabinets are level, it's the house that's not true.
