Has anyone invested in real estate in PG County, MD? I have my eye on a fix and flip property and I am wondering if this area would be considered a good market for a flip? TIA!

Yes, PG County is a great fix and flip area! Distressed home prices are still relatively low, with a high demand for renovated homes. Properties sell quick in this area. Let's connect if you have detailed questions
