Investors in Saint Louis County?

Any investors in Saint Louis county?

If so, where are you finding houses to rehab, flip or BRRRR?

I’m seeing a bunch of houses that are no where near the 1% rule. For example, a house may be 180k and rent may only be 1100.

I am looking in 63128, 63126, 63127, 63129 mostly and would like to avoid the city if possible.

hey @Michael O'Brien yes not going to find 1% rule in those zips. We do fix and flips there. BRRRR rentals cash flow in other parts of the county really well.
