South Louisiana Multifamily Investors
Good morning! I'm originally from Eunice, LA, but I moved away years ago and am currently Active Duty Navy stationed overseas. Does anyone from the Lafayette, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, LA area invest in multifamily properties? I have investors that are interested in deploying capital in to properties in their "backyard", but I no longer live in the area. I'm trying to build an on-the-ground team!
I'm a fairly newbie investor/entrepreneur, but I can underwrite, research, and syndicate!
