Hi all!

I’m closing on a a SF fixer in 37415 (Red Bank) this week. I’m looking for a General Contractor to manage the project. Any recommendations? Would love to build a relationship with someone for future investments. I’m focusing primarily in 37405, 37415, and 37411...mid-range rentals in transitioned or almost-transitioned areas.
