Realtor recommendation in Jersey City
Hi everyone. I am considering my first home purchase in Jersey City, NJ. I have a specific property in mind and actually managed to speak to the owner/seller, who also happens to be a broker himself.
He mentioned he could be more flexible in price if he could save on the broker fee, but was professional enough to disclaim that he was a real estate professional and obviously was at an advantage.
It is a first for me and a very big step, and was hoping someone here could recommend a broker with whom they’ve had a great experience and added value to the process. I close complex financing deals for a living so a part of me wonders if I could pull this off myself, so I am looking for someone who can truly add value in the negotiation and closing process (since I found the property myself).
