Investors harrisburg PA area?
looking to get some information about the rent and hold market in Harrisburg. I'm new to real estate investing and buy and hold seems to align with my long term goals. Purchase prices in Harrisburg are on the low side and rents seem to be at a good rate. Anyone in the area has any advice on the market in the area.
