South Florida Waterfront Property/Slippage
I’m looking to buy a sailboat friendly property and or slip in Florida . I’m open to the location in Florida but want to get in touch with some people that are knowledgeable in that market. I want to hold this property for a long time and rent/lease it out for the near future. Or possibly lease out the home/unit and keep the slip for myself or lease it out as well.
