Hello BP community. I hoping to start RE investing after the first of the year and I’m trying to build my team. I’m wanting to start out Brrrring small multi family rentals in the mid-valley area and looking for recommendations on a RE agent experienced with this type of investing, along with recommendations on a RE attorney, CPA.

Are you comfortable working with your CPA remotely? If so, you open yourself up to a larger pool of candidates. There are 20+ CPAs and accountants on this site that specialize in real estate taxation. Reach out to a few and see who you connect with.

As for a RE agent, are you thinking 5+ units or 2-4?
