There is a local REIA in Little Rock with regular meetups. You can find that on Facebook or Meetups websites. We haven't been in a few months, too busy doing the business, but we still connect with other investors often out and about - LOL, Home Depot & Lowe's & at properties - as well as over coffee and meals. We love talking about the visits, learning from those in the business longer than us, and helping others get started.

@Kyle Tipton If you come you might want to visit Hot Springs. We have a monthly MeetUp with no agenda. We just sit around over a meal and talk real estate. Some deals have actually been put together at the meeting as well as discussions of some great and not so great ideas. In addition Hot Springs is a touristy town so you can find many things to do.

Hey. Thanks for the recommendation. I’ve actually spent some time up there when I lived in LR. I went up for some natural hot spring beers. Super neat little town.

Hey! Super happy to hear there are local meets up in LR. I use to live there but had to relocate for work. I wanted to invest there ever since. What is the Facebook page you’re referring to.
