Any Sacramento locals can provide some insights regarding Sacramento rental markets? How difficult to find tenants? Is Rancho Cordova a better area and is it difficult to find tenants due to farther away from Sacramento ? Thinking about buying duplexes and fourplexes in Sacramento metro area. Like a lot of places in Sacramento, Rancho Cordova has some decent areas right next to some that are not so nice. It'd be good to drive prospective neighborhoods during the day and night just to make sure it's a class of neighborhood that you're ok with.
