Hi Kevin, 

I also live in Halifax, and would highly recommend the meet up Trevor has mentioned above! 

I am currently in the process of trying to get my first duplex under contract, so I am still pretty new to the game, but always look forward to meeting fellow investors! Hope to see you at the meet up sometime soon.
