How is the market in Saint Louis?

New to bigger pockets and excited for 2020!

I have family moving to St. Louis this summer and I was thinking about looking into a multifamily in the area.

I’ve never been to St Louis and I don’t know the city at all.

I know they will be living in/around Webster Groves.

How is the market in St. Louis?
