I am currently trying to pass the arizona state real estate test. Since I am working on becoming financially free through real estate investing, would it be wise to work with real estate investors as an agent first before jumping into investing myself?

@Susanna White - Have you placed getting your license as the first prerequisite to becoming a Real Estate Investor? And then are you considering placing working with Investors as their Realtor as another? Nothing wrong with education, access and experience - as I'm a Real Estate Broker who works mainly with Investors in North Carolina. However, I bought my first Investment Property before getting my license, and was in double digits for my number of properties before I started to take on other investors as clients.

My $0.02 would be to avoid placing prerequisites before your real goal - if that is becoming an investor yourself.
