I live in Northeast Iowa between Belle Plaine, Grinnell, and Amana.  Not far from Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City.
Is there someone who would like to grab a drink and talk about real estate investing in residential MFH?
I am actively evaluating properties for a great deal, and would like to hear about what you are working on.
