Chicagoland investor friendly title companies
Hi, I have been looking at articles on this site for Chicago title companies that do assignment closing or simultaneous closings. Some are over a year old and was hoping to get fresh referals. I have tried calling some of the title companies and either have been told they do not do that or I am waiting on a response back.
Thanks for any help. I will be doing more cold calling.
