Indianapolis GC/Investor Looking for Connections

Hello BP,

I have been a GC/project manager in the Indy area for the past 7yrs, mostly in the MK/Bripple/north suburbs areas performing higher-end client remodels. About 6 months ago I broke off on my own to focus on rehabs/flips exclusively, mostly on the Northside. I am currently investing in 3 rehab/flips (1 sitting on market in Butler-Tarkington, another approaching market in Watson-McCord and another in construction in Bripple).
