Starting a REIA, trying to figure out formatting

I'm starting a REIA group out of my brokerage in Burlington, NC that would also be accessible to triad and triangle investors. I've never organized one before so I am still figuring out how to actually run one. I'm not charging fees or dues, I just want a place where people can network and learn from experienced investors.

Does anyone have any tips or resources for learning to coordinate meetings? Also, if you're an investor in Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, Burlington or the surrounding areas, feel free to contact me for information on the groups meetings and events.

Thanks in advance!
