Chicago Contractor needed for Bids

Good evening BPs community,

Can anyone recommend a good contractor in the Chicagoland area that they have experience with that would be able to create a 3rd unit in a basement. Currently, I am looking at a 2 unit building but I want to convert the basement into a legal 3rd unit. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
