@Marco Morkous Being an OOS investor, I would not recommend getting into a tough area. Some investors define "tough area" differently than others but I definitely have a formula for OOS investors and it has worked well so far. You have to really trust your property source and the info they give you. One thing to ask your property source is if they own real estate themselves. This will help with communication and the simple understanding of what you are going through.
