I wanted to make an inquiry about Galveston TX. There seems to be a lot of development in the market on house flipping on single family and multi family homes. My partner and I are first time investors we are lookin into a duplex and a triplex to rent out which are both around 200k. What do you guys think about the Galveston island market?
