New investors looking to network in Spokane, WA
Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here. My wife and I are starting out in real estate investment in Spokane, WA. We have done a lot of research and just recently closed on our 1st investment property. We would like to know if there are any local meetups that we can start to attend so we can build up our network and learn some strategies. We will have about 90 -100k to invest in the near future and want to make some informed decisions! Thanks everyone for all the great content here on BP.

Welcome to BP and congratulations on your first deal. There are plenty of REIs going on all the time, you'll find details on here, meetup.com, google, facebook, etc - I am also planning on hosting one starting later on in the year. I'll be sure to send you a message with the details.
