Becoming a better investor

So I’m starting out with whole selling leads. I’m at the point now where I’m looking for buyers I can partner with, and learn how to analyze deals better and become more of a asset to them, with being able to bring good deals to them and their business or others they’re connected to. I know whole sellers sometimes get a bad rep. I’m trying everything in my power to avoid that and become a helping hand rather than a liability. If anyone is willing to bring me on to their team to help as well as show me how to go about thing, I’ll greatly appreciate it. The closer to Brentwood NY the better.

That statement is going to take your investing to another level and shows you want learn. 

It's something that most wholesalers skip and it gives them that bad rep. Without understanding what local buyers want you just spin wheels, piss off the seller, and can't close deals. I hope you connect with more people and grow the side hustle. Good luck man.
