Title company in Philadelphia

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows of a good title company in Philadelphia, pa? I’m new to real estate and thinking about starting to wholesale and flip.

First American Title was my go to, when I was in that market. It's been a number of years though. One thing to note, the escrow officer/team is more important than the title company itself. You can have a very wide range of service within any given company. Unfortunately, the person I would have recommended, is no longer in the business.
